<p>We have to do that for you. First, go to "Tools" and "Update Profile". Select the "About You" tab and change your Description text to describe a couple. After you have done that, send a support ticket and request that we update your profile to a couple profile.</p>
<p>For the Description, you should use words like "We are...", "she is.../he is...", "The male.../The female...", etc... Just make it clear that you are a couple.</p>
I would suspect the best way is to click on "support", then create "new ticket". I've seen profiles change both directions so I know it can be done, but I seem to recall that admin has to do it for you.
