Thanks everyone for the info and the invitations. Definitely something to consider. Just trying to plan a weekend getaway for when this “quarantine “ is over.

Our house, though close to downtown Manchester, is actually fairly secluded. People can, and have, been naked in our back yard. We've had parties with up to 60+ people and there are usually always ones that spend the night and we do breakfast with them the following morning.

As mentioned, I'm sure a B&B for us would be fun but the money and benefits for what I do are too good to pass up. I'm one of the lucky ones that can work anywhere I have an internet connection.

Our primary home (not in FL) is very secluded. You can be nude and "sexually free" on many acres.

If you spend the night in our bed, we promise to cook up a nice big breakfast ;)

We considered turning our house into a B&B at one point. Now that we're in the LS, we would likely have done LS time blocks but we opted not to do the B&B. Converting our primary residence into a business means that we'd lose about $250K in capital gains tax write-off unless we converted back into a primary residence for 2 years before we sold, I believe.

Would have likely been fun as a semi-retirement job since we love to entertain and we both cook fairly well. We may consider renting a rooms under the AirBnB site at some point. It's a ways off now, but apparently there were not enough AirBnB rooms to go around when NH had it's primary.
