But these forums are LOADED with experts. Why waste the co-pay to see a Dr.?

FWIW - FloMax (tamsulosin) can have a number of side effects, including loss of libido. An enlarged prostate is the likely cause, but a trip to a urologist who will do a digital rectal exam and probably order a PSA test, among other things, is prudent.

Saw palmetto may also help, but a prostate is something you want to keep tabs on as you get older. At a minimum, you probably want to be getting an annual PSA (blood) test as part of a yearly physical.

Like others have said, don't mess around get to a urologist ASAP.

ION has it right. See a urologist. Better safe than sorry. I have BHP which was treated with RESUME. It has worked for years....

See your urologist. Get a DRE and a prostate antigen test. Probably just BHP, but could be other things. Don't mess around.

Starting to experience a slower flow when I pee. Guessing prostate related. Have you experienced and discovered solution? Have seen commercials and upon cusp of making a run to CVS or GNC.
