@Jumbo - I have something like 6 or 7. Each one is different and gives a different sensation. My two favorites are a blue silicone one and one that uses surgical tubing and a bead. The blue is about 1.5 or 2 inches in diameter. The silicone is only about a quarter inch thick but is about a half inch wide. The other ring has a bead that can slip so you can adjust the tension. It really is my favorite but if I could choose, I'd have one that's a combo of the two - a wide flat ring like the blue one but with a bead or other ability to infinitely adjust the tension around the twig and berries.

@Two - How you use the ring and/or pump depends on your ability to achieve an erection to begin with. I typically use the ring to both extend erections as well as control my orgasm. I can cum and stay at about 80% erect for 10-20 minutes as long as I stay stimulated. The ring allows me to take a break for a minute if needed without being stimulated. A ring around the scrotum and berries can help some with PE. In order to ejaculate, the scrotum must contract and lift the berries up. A stout ring or weights can prolong the experience. It's not the most effective solution but will help some.
