Use the auto-wash. I lived in OC for two years in the early 90's, near the beach. I watched my neighbors spend 1-2 hours on a Saturday scrubbing, buffing, and waxing every inch of their leased euro-mobiles. I remember thinking that if they spent as much time doing that to their wives, the divorce rate would have dropped by 30%!

Former beer drinker...and brewer here. Lager vs. Ale might have been a better was to pose that last one because both lagers and ales can be dark or light based on their malt bill when brewed. There's my Cliff Clavin/Norm Peterson love child contribution of the day.
