If there is burning with urination, frequency or pain with urination then make a Dr appointment and be checked for a urinary tract infection.

OP: This issue has no relation to BBW, but rather the vaginal composition.

Vaginal imbalance, like changing the ph of a pool, same can happen with the vagina, ie... acidity and alkalinity. It happens if good bacteria is too high, too low or multiple recent play partners, ie, fluids introduced or exchanged.

Personally, if I smell an odor as such of that as a possible infection, I will stop play and make them aware why so they can work on correcting the issue.
