It seems to me that someone is implying that all BBW have an order, or that they have an order because they are a BBW, this is not the case. Anyone can have a smell, regardless of their size. That has to do w/hygiene. However an amonia smell, probably has to do w/pee. Like she sneezed and peed a little bit, but then it is in a hot, moist place and that creates an order.
