Series Description
The "Expanding Rope Foundations: Inversion Suspension" series is designed for those with foundational suspension knowledge who are ready to advance into full inversion suspensions. Over three structured classes, youll learn to tie and apply harnesses such as the Figure 8 Chest Harness, Hishi Chest Harness, or Prayer Harness, paired with a hip harness of your choice.

This series focuses on step-by-step instruction to safely and confidently execute inversions while refining suspension safety, load distribution, and body mechanics. Youll also master transitions for dynamic, fluid suspension scenes and gain a deeper understanding of protocols and balance in your ropework.

A partner is required for these classes, but we are happy to assist those who need support with pairing before the class begins. With guided instruction and collaborative opportunities, youll build the confidence and skill to integrate these techniques into more advanced and complex suspension scenes.

Class Description
This session is designed for advanced riggers ready to elevate their suspension skills. Participants will be guided through the process of achieving full inversion suspensions using foundational ties such as the Figure 8 Chest Harness, Hishi Chest Harness, or Prayer Harness, paired with a hip harness of choice.

The class focuses on detailed techniques for tying, rigging, and managing uplines, with an emphasis on the precision required for safe and balanced suspensions. Special attention will be given to exploring transitions for smooth, dynamic movement throughout suspension scenes.

By the end of this practicum, participants will gain the confidence and control needed to execute full inversions with fluidity, integrating advanced transitions to enhance their ropework.
