The "Expanding Rope Foundations: Full Inversion Intensive" combines all three sessions of the series into a single immersive day. Designed for participants with foundational suspension knowledge, this hands-on intensive focuses on progressively advanced rope bondage techniques, culminating in full inversion suspensions.
Participants will begin by learning and refining the Figure 8 Chest Harness, Hishi Chest Harness, and Bones Harness, paired with the Rope Hip Harness for secure and balanced suspensions. The class will emphasize detailed techniques for tying, rigging uplines, and understanding load distribution. As the day progresses, participants will explore strategies for smooth transitions, proper body positioning, and essential safety protocols for both partial and full suspensions.
With guided instruction and opportunities for hands-on practice, participants will build confidence and control to execute full inversions while incorporating dynamic movement and stability into their ropework. A partner is required for this intensive, but we are happy to assist with pairing before the class begins.
