But that's just it, many people want it. If it's not here, they just go to other sites that do have it and don't stay here.

I thought it was just me-because I was having problems with the site loading slowly on my phone. Now it is also on my PC, so it looks like it is the site. And I am using various browsers, not just one.
Chat and Flash
I ran into this myself last night. Luckily, I have Microsoft Edge on my computer, so I was able to use that to get into the chat. I'm not a fan of Microsoft, but for this purpose, it served the purpose.
