Blocking Problem

Here's a problem: I'd like to block a couple whose forum posts I'd rather not deal with, but since they won't allow single males to view their profile it seems to be impossible. Is there any way to do this?

A couple of years ago we had the option for a private video chat in the chat rooms, and it seemed to work more reliably than the current system. Any chance that feature could come back?

Is anyone else having problems with the chat cameras? Mine is never visible when I try to turn it on (private or public) and I can't seem to watch anyone else's either.
Continuing Chat Problems

Having constant problems with chat lately: rooms won't load, members list won't load once you do get into a chatroom, and then very often instant disconnects when the first two issues don't appear.

I'm having exactly the same problems. IM insists I'm not a paid member, even though I am; messages won't load, nothing connects, impossible to tell who's online. Ugh.
