Well maintenance did not help a bit, made it worse, disconnects all the time, worthless
I just want to thank Wayne and all the admins and ITs forgot fixing chat or any of the other problems on this site, no really thank you.
I love sitting around waiting for chat to finally load so I can reload it just a few moments later. I absolutely love the fact when I try to enter a different chat room I get to wait for that room to load, just so you know that is my goal in life, to sit around for hours waiting on this web sit to do something. By the time chat starts working I forgot what I was going to do. I just want you to know Wayne I think you and the IT team are doing an awesome job on making stuff not work, so keep up the good work

spinning death today, tried to get in for 5 minutes today, will not load, come on sls fix this shit!

It is kind of like when you take your car to a mechanic. As soon as he gets his hands on it there is no problem, but in reality it just does show up for him. I have been booted out and could not get back in for hours, then go back hours later or the next day and everything is fine. I don't know alot about computers but I do know alot about cars been working on cars for around 50 years. Sometime stuff does not show up during a test but it is thereweather you see it or not

<p>With that being said, I used it several times yesterday without any issues and I just went in and used the room and it was working. It is taking several minutes for the initial load, but after that, it is working for me and there were over 200 people in there chatting this morning.</p>
For heaven's sake - just fix this!!
Are chats still down or am I hitting it at the 2% of the time it doesn't work?
cams are down again, getting double chat
I can get into chat for just a minute. Then up pops a note that says I'm blocked by whoever. No big deal, we aren't all compatible. My only choice is to click "ok". Then it kicks me out of sls completely and I have to log back in. WTF, I didn't do anything wrong. Been happening for over a month now. Must be your wonderful upgrade working.

How about you increase the capacity instead, I'm the one paying for this.

I just tried to get on chat and it would not do shit. I have been having this problem for last couple of days.

The chat here used to work, now it sucks monkey balls. Refresh, reload, refresh, reload, reboot. Seriously wtaf?!?
Hopefully they get the rebrand off the ground and fully functional sooner than later!

conversations show up but cams not available and just have blue spinning circle. Also get web page not responding error message on a regular basis. Tried to submit a ticket and it just says "Loading" and never submits the ticket.
