Unable to get into chat

Did the update bump off users using older operating systems ?
Chat still not working ? I can occasionally see comments but not members in the chat room on the right or leave messages in any chat room
cannot even get in today, just a blue spinning circle, this is a pile of crap

<p>What issue are you having? We have invested in a new system. The current system is a new system that works much better than the old system.</p>
Ever since adobe stopped supporting macromedia and the last chat system used, it's gone down hill. SLS needs to invest in a better chat platform.
3/2/2022 - Well here's an interesting update.... I signed on today.....clicked on chat. and I'll be damned.... I got right into chat!!!! After 5 days!! I have no idea why I got in and I have no idea how long I will be able to stay in chat. Who knows....I may try yo get into chat tonight or tomorrow and find I'll go another 5 days without being able to get in.
I do NOT use multiple devices to access chat. I don't use an ipad, a cell phone, an apple, an android. I use a simple Dell Laptop running Windows 10 completely updated, running Firefox as my browser, although due to pulling my hair out I have tried Microsoft Edge to try to get into chat and even though I've been told you don't support Edge I've had better luck with it. I've used this same configuration for years with no issues. I am just trying to find any type of answer from anybody who has had luck fixing this issue. How can it magically seem to work one day for 3 hours and then in mid conversation boot me off due to inactivity and then start with the Network Disconnect messages for days and days? Please... I am just asking for simple Customer Service help.... Thank You....Dani
