<p>The site is categorized as an adult site. I don't think the world distinguishes between an "adult" site and a "porn" site. If you have access to the settings for that network, you should be able to adjust the content filtering to allow the website.</p>
Looks like Cisco's OpenDNS has decided to categorize this site as "pornography", which causes it to be filtered on some networks. Bummer. VPN to the rescue.
