I sent an email to support about 2 weeks ago about it and got the the problem has been sent to tech support reply. I guess we can all see how much that did. Like others said I can't be that hard to make something work again. Not like it is a new feature with bugs. But THANK GOD we can now undelete a profile if we change our mind. Why would anybody change there mind to come back to something that doesn't work
