Private photos not opening?

<p>Personal pictures and custom galleries are not supported on the mobile app, so if either of you are using the app, you will not be able to see those. You can send me a tsupport ticket (use the "Photos" category) or a private message with the other profile name and I can give you an exact answer.</p>

Lately when I’ve tried to open photos to a contact or see the opened photos from a contact it has not actually opened - on both sides the galleries are not open.

Has something stopped working with that feature?
