Try doing it while logged out of SLS and see if you get the same result. Don't just close the webpage - actually log out.

i.e. you can only see yourself because you are still logged in, even though you may have closed your webpage.

Here is tech supports response:
That is the mini-search feature. You can go to "Tools" and "Privacy Features" to disable that feature. That option is located at the bottom of the Privacy Features page.

Also did NOT know this. I'm also interested in hearing if you learned how to fix the situation.

Oh yes. Just tried it. Every profile pic for 100 miles or more comes up. Those who showed their faces in the profile pic, there they are for everyone to see.

We don't use a profile pic, so, pretty much safe. But one of the earlier reasons we would was, you had to be on the site to see it. We reasons that gave us some discretion, as only those who were like us would see it. But this Google search thing, nope. ANYone -- family, coworkers, neighbors -- can see you.

Play careful out there, people! There is no anonymity these days.

Wow! I never knew that. Did you find out how to prevent your profile from being public?

How can we eliminate our pic from showing up in a Google search? I know several people experiencing this problem. If you google "swinger 'yourtown'" profile pics show up in the image search.
