I have had lots of problems posting photos. But the first problem is getting good photos I'd want to post. When that problem is solved, the rest should be easy. But it is not. About the only thing worse than the photo posting, is the email system. No, can't help that people don't reply.
I've done this too SOTW, as per what you said for Newcouple. Noting is working for mine on my computer.
What other way is there to fix this? I want to get mine uploaded w/o tech having to do it. Mine won't upload since they said a problem with my format and so on.
I'm still having problems too. I'm not using my phone for this site. So make it even easier on computers.
That actually brings up a good point. I'm thinking that we need to start recommending that folks do most or all of their profile editing on the laptop/desktop computer and NOT their phone. Phones are engineered to facilitate fast, spontaneous use on a dinky little screen. The accuracy in communication needed for a profile really doesn't lend itself to editing on the phone.
Actually USING the site, or trading emails/IMs etc on the fly? That's probably where smartphones really have the advantage.

If your using a phone click the little icon in the top left. The tool bar will drop down.
Then follow the directions as stated.

Thank you very much!! That's the problem I was trying to use my phone.
This is the short version of the help menu faq:
Menu, Tools, upload pictures. Select which folder, pubic, private or personal. Select choose image, find file, select and select okay. Click upload. Folder permission, select add, type in your username, select length(1 year). Select finish.

On a home computer scroll down the tool bar on the left of the screen. About 3/4 of the way down Click Tools. Second row. click upload photos. Follow the instructions. You will need to pick an album. pick a picture from your gallery, and don't forget to press "Upload"
We are paid members and cannot figure out how to add photos for some reason please help...lol
