personal pictures not working

I am having the same concerns

Giving access to private pictures via a web browser (using the "Key" icon) will also give access on the mobile app. The mobile app does not support personal pictures/custom galleries.</span></p>

We noticed that if you are granted access on the website to someone's private pics the mobile app still doesn't give you access. You have to request access.

I've been granted access to a couple of users personal pictures, but non of them are loading. Is this a known issue that is being worked on?
