LOL I got a reply saying it was a glitch and has been cleared. Then they answered my original question or sort of answered it. I'm beginning to think I will just continue to do what I have been doing until they do not approve a profile update.

According to instant messaging manners these days no reply is considered a reply.
So we sent a ticket asking support a question. We now have a red circle with a 1 in it indicating we have a reply. We go to the support tab and and see nothing new and in fact the message we sent is not even showing. Thinking it is a glitch we wait a bit and try again still nothing but the red 1 is still there. So I decided just for fun to send a ticket asking for help with this issue. Of course if the site is indicating there is a reply with us not actually seeing one IDK what good it will have done to send the new ticket while the original has disappeared. Any thoughts?
