I have submitted tickets before, to get a dismissive message that they didn’t see a problem, and have it closed. When I resubmitted, no response at all. And I do remember someone telling you about it weeks ago, but that doesn’t seem to have accomplished much
Old announcements

Thank you Wayne. I had a feeling that that might be the case. That's why I put that shot across his bow about screenshotting his message. He really should be talked to a bit making claims like that does raise doubts about the site security. As to the other matter with the announcements it really is too bad that you don't have access to some editing facility.

<p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:tahoma,verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:14px">No, it generally doesn't take that long to get them to edit something. It was intentionally left up for quite a while and then they removed it from the homepage. It got left on the other page because no one knew it was there and no one reported it to us. We cannot possibly check every page every day to catch these things. I don't even have my Who Viewed Me turned on, so I would never use that page. The developers are not logging in and using the site unless they are checking something. </span></p>

I do try to check this website area, but submitting a ticket is the best way to get an answer.</span></p>
Does it really take almost a year to get developers to edit things?

<p>I checked your messages. That profile sent that exact same message to about 60 other profiles. The person isn't looking at profiles. He is spamming a bunch of people to see what responses he gets. </p>
<p>You have one public picture. All of your other pictures are locked.</p>

<p>Most of these things are coded directly into the HTML page. Myself or another staff member has to request the developer to edit it.</p>
I have another possible issue that may trace back to the developers.
I was recently contacted by someone, claiming to be looking at our pictures.
We have no public gallery, and this person had not been given access to either our private or personal galleries.
Is there a hole in the phone app that gets around permissions?
Wayne. That sort of thing really should be in an editing function that you have access to.
Developers handle software. The banners should not ne there because they are written into the program. Unfortunately it sounds like it just might be.

<p>That wording was on the homepage in the Who Viewed Me section and also on the "View More" page of the Who Viewed Me page. It was removed from the homepage section, but not from the other page. </p>

I beg to differ Wayne. You said it was removed!
This was brought to Waynes attention about a month ago and he stated that neither he nor the developers were aware of this message, but that it was removed when brought to their attention.

<p>I never said we removed it. I said I submitted a ticket to the developers. They have not fully addressed it yet. </p>

Is there any chance of removing the WVM banner about restoring old views, and off the “new sls wall”, both dated july of 2020?
