No response for a support ticket
I have submitted tickets through the app and it’s been weeks.. still nothing, but once I complained on the forums I was messaged the next day

We got a response once we complained publically here although it was just an acknowledgement.
The problem persists and no messages about any solution. Frustrating.
Same here; my profile was taken offline for some sort of issue which isn’t explained, and no response to the ticket yet. Isn’t there a way to be more specific about what the problem was? Hard to know if I’ve fixed it if I don’t know what it was
<p>Our goal is to try to respond within 24 hours. But sometimes it takes longer. With all the issues lately, the ticket counts are high and it can take us several days to respond. </p>
