Messages not showing up

Its fixed now and working..

Shows we have 4 messages.. click them on and nothing comes up and YES we see the profiles who sent them.. okay then Next!

Obviously a problem.. !

Ahhh the old "2 messages appears as 4 trick" ... thats the 2nd time youve fallen for it this month

Yeah norm for sls ... we all get the phantom messages, but we are told it must be us

I get the same Recipients thing. Can't possibly be on SLS end it must be us. Where I worked if the network had as many problems as this site has there would have been a lot of unemployed IT guys and girls.

We just love .... the click on messages and watch it spin as it states " Recipients Name ".. we have to click them on multiple times.. But all is good!

I woke up to Notification of 4 messages this morning, there were only 2.

All those other buttons (sent, saved, opened etc) are connected to the old and better email system, because my sent folder was filled with old email messages

When I click on Messages, it shows me what I've sent, but...with a few exceptions...nothing else. All the buttons on the top right (sent, saved, opened, etc.) show up as blank pages when I click them. Thoughts?

The "messages" tab is connected with the current IM system. You should see complete conversations from the past year - anything older disappears.

All the other tabs (new, opened, replied, saved, sent) are from the old mail system that is only available for messages from groups or management. If you have old activity you might see it but most of those tabs are blank now.
