Home button not working?

No it and a number of other error messages pop up from time to time. It is beyond frustrating how often it happens.

Does anyone else have the issue that clicking on the home icon gives a 404 message that the site isn't available? I noticed in the address bar an =1 is added and when we remove it the home page appears.

Are we the only ones with this issue?
