Default picture

<p>As customer service, I do not have a fix for the automated process of our software reading the picture header and interpreting it and posting the picture the way you intended. </p>

<p>If someone emails them to me, I can rotate them properly on my Windows 10 machine and they will post properly. That is all I can do for you right now. </p>

<p>As of just now, I have spoken to the developers regarding this again to see if they can do something about it.</p>

Ok, I thought you had stated "There currently is no fix for it." Oh wait, you did.

So it appears the "no fix" works "100% of the time". Sounds like a fix to me.

If that's the way you want to operate a web site where people upload pics. The current state of affairs and process is very cumbersome for people. I just wanted to point out that there is indeed a (true/real) fix for the issue that handles this automatically, as many other have pointed out for quite some time as well.

<p>The way I fix it when customers send me the picture is to upload it in the proper orientation that the SLS servers recognize. It works 100% of the time. </p>

Just to clarify, this site (maybe) does not have a fix for it.
But, there certainly is a way to fix it.

<p>Your picture is showing sideways. Please email it to: pictures@swinglifestyle.com and I will get it posted correctly for you. This happens sometimes based on how a phone was held when the picture was taken. There currently is no fix for it.</p>

Guess OP just answered my question from days ago...

NOPE they haven't fixed it... same old same old.. !

After changing default picture it only shows up sideways regardless what picture I choose???
