It seems that the certs that have already been approved by those of us on the website via a computer are now in pending status. You have to download the app and reapprove them or else they don't exist on your profile.

Trainer, your question got me curious, so I checked and ours reads the same on our computer and phone. Unfortunately, I have no input on how to fix your issue.
Recently saw a discrepancy on my profile while using my mobile. So I decided to correct it on my laptop once I had the chance. When trying to update it on my laptop, the profile discrepancy didn't correct, yet when I tried on my mobile, it showed how I wanted it. (For some reason my preferences were incorrect)
But then, essentially, I had two separate views of my profile. When looking at my profile on my mobile, it was totally different than the one shown on my laptop.
Has anyone else experienced this.
And it brings to question, if you do have discrepancies that were or you thought were corrected, which profile are other people seeing when they view you.?
