P.S. multiple networks have been tried with same results so drop the, it’s your network’s fault that your device doesn’t work only on our chat…..

Since you have determined that it’s an Apple issue, have you reported it to Apple?
Seems to me that if it’s only effecting your site, then you should be reporting it. You would have all the info they need.
And BTW 126 users is not many, not compared to what used to be on. Never mind that, the 126 appear to be on, but are they really?…
There are times, that I manage to get in, shows me as one logged in but can’t do anything.
Please report to Apple what many of your users are experiencing.
And be sure to tell them that it does not matter which iOS device they are using, it’s iOS15’s fault.

Try turning off your router/modem for a few seconds and turn them back on to reset them and see if that helps. </span></p>

<p>Our chat room is working. There are 126 people chatting in the main room right now. I logged in with your profile and tested it and your profile worked. There is a bug in iOS 15 where the room hangs when you first go in and to work around that, you have to tap the "Reload" icon in the upper right corner of the chat pane. My iPad worked with iOS14 and as soon as I updated to iOS 15, this started happening, so it is an Apple issue. </p>

Chat rooms not loading…been using chat rooms for years, about a month ago I could no longer get in. Multiple devices, multiple browsers. Other sites’ chats work fine.
Read where it was blamed on iOS15 by Wayne but I started having issues when I was still on iOS14.
The blame game goes on but it still can’t explain why it’s only happening on this site.
At this point I get in 1 out of 100 times and IF I do, it boots me in minutes.
The problem definitely started with the site’s upgrade. Stop blaming the devices, the service should be built to work with common devices. Lots of iPad and iPhone users that are getting screwed.
Using iPhone 11 pro max and iPad Pro running iOS15. Tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome. Please don’t blame devices that are up to date and where we can’t change the OS. It is up to your service to keep up with OS upgrades.
