Cannot update preferences

Ok, they fixed the issue. We filed a support request, and they took care of it.

Well, they are there, and if would be nice to have some control over what's there. Besides, that's where you indicate your age, weight, and such.

So, back to the inability to let the world know that you have lost a few pounds...

Why anyone would want preferences is beyond me, especially after hearing the bitching and moaning in these threads about being outside of other’s set parameters.

Same for us: it still doesn't work...

Our's updates fine. But we did notice that it would error out, if you do not pick a smoking and drinking preference at the bottom of the page. So make sure you do that and see if it works for you now.

You are correct. The same has happened to us. The "About You" was fixed two days ago but not the "preferences".

We cannot update our preferences: if we try to submit changes, we get transferred to the "About you" page, and nothing is saved. It started about a week ago. At first we could update neither "Preferences", nor "About you". Now the "About you" section is fixed (at least for us), but preferences still cannot be changed. Is it just our account/browser/luck/whatever or other people have the same issue?
