That page you are quoting is part of their profile after you block them. Therefore, by reaching that page it triggers your WVM but all they can see is that info page, not your profile.

So that message is displayed when you block someone. Supposedly they are not supposed to be able to view my profile. So why do they show up under the people that viewed me?
