I’ve found that if you copy the message to your clipboard before sending that it often sends correctly and if it doesn’t, just paste and try again.

For Wayne: Have your devs put in any kind of logging in the chain of code that handles messaging? If not, it might be helpful to do so. At the very least when a user reports this, you can go back into the logs and see where the breakdown occurred and verify if the message made it or not.

Nothing is being sent. </p>[/quote]Sounds like it might be a front end issue then? Something going poof before a request is made? Might be something that could be looked into further with a trace using an HAR dump. Anyway, just a suggestion.

The only thing stopping me from using the new site right now for messaging is that it's still posting backwards. (As I type this I'm now wondering if perhaps how any messages I may have sent on the current website is displaying on beta? As in, I've not yet tried to START a conversation there. I'll let you know lol)

The messages have worked 100% of the time when we test them. If you send me a support ticket, I can work with you and we can try to figure it out.</p>

<p>Use the site from another device and see if still have the issue.</p>
