All of the above. Keep in mind that meeting people online is one of the hardest ways to meet people, regardless of how good your profile is.

FWIW - This response has about twice as many words as your whole profile, so it's kind of hard to take your request for help seriously. What has been offered so far is typical and spot on.

Yes to both. A shirtless selfie isn't the way to go for reasons that have been repeated too many times to say again. Instead, I'd like to point you to the pinned post at the very top of the threads for Better Profiles.

As far as the text in your profile, you couldn't be more generic and bland if you'd studied for it like it was a test.

So, now that I've gotten the bad news out of the way, here's the good news:

You have the opportunity to craft a profile that will attract others.

In Looking For, try for two or three sentences talking about the people you're looking for. Totally okay to say you're looking for older women, but generally focus this section on others.

In Description, you want two or three sentences that show your uniqueness in some way. You're climbing a bit of a hill already with your age, so don't make yourself so easy to dismiss as you do now. There is no one else like you in the world. Be a laid back guy who loves craft beers and goldfish or whatever is true for you. It gives people a way to connect with you.

Fantasies needs more words to say roughly the same thing (except not about avenues) and maybe a little bit about what you find attractive or what fuels that fantasy. If you have any experience that is something other than vanilla M/F sex, it can go here.

Additional comments needs to be filled in. You have only so much real estate to market yourself to the women/couples of your choice. Don't waste it. Figure out a way to end on a high note.

That, a new default photo, and a new tagline (go for short and clever if you can) are a great start.
