The forums are more for learning about the lifestyle (LS) and exchanging ideas and experiences in general. It's not really meant to be a Craigslist personal ad replacement.
For one, the forum is only a cross section of people across all of SLS, so it's unlikely your post will reach it's intended audience. Unless you get VERY lucky, it is going to take a lot more time/effort to find a female partner.
To illustrate that for yourself, I suggest you do a Search for all single women in a 50 mile radius of you, then do the same for single men. That ratio can easily be 40 men for every woman. Unless you can somehow make your profile stand out among all the others, the odds are very much stacked against you for finding what you want online.
