As ole Nancy said …Nobody is above the law …except Hillary Clinton.
Sedition
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

“It's amazing how you cheer when these people respond to a subpoena but cheer when other's do not.“
The J6 committee is not a Grand Jury .
@DTH
Actually it is pretty cut and dry. Look at agendas. Once you learn what someone's agenda is, it is pretty easy to see everything. Durham is doing what? What is his agenda? Is it to get to the truth? I don't think so. His agenda is to determine if Clinton paid to have shit done on her opponent and the FBI was complicit in it. Every card he has shown points to that agenda. He has to come up with something though. He has to justify the fee. If not, he has no value and the spend will be politicized big time. The fact that he has gotten two tiny charges . . . yeah. I honestly wonder how people would feel if Biden immediately pardoned them if they were convicted. It would be an interesting irony.
“Durham, again, so far, looks to be a waste of taxpayer money. "
Mueller spent 32 million investigating a lie .
"On Monday FOX News reported that more people are cooperating and coming before the grand jury in the Durham probe. According to FOX News, Former FBI General Counsel James Baker, FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Bill Priestap, and General Counsel to the Clinton Campaign, creepy Marc Elias, have already been called before the Durham Grand Jury."
AWESOME. It's amazing how you cheer when these people respond to a subpoena but cheer when other's do not.
Now go back some more . . . Durham's MO is simple as fuck to see. Durham is trying to prove that . . .
The Clinton campaign paid for dirt on Trump through Sussmann, Sussmann fed it to the FBI. The FBI then took it as gospel and ran with it and did it without following procedures to vet it.
It will be interesting when the grand jury, after hearing all the shit, says nothing here to see.
Durham is probably learning that the FBI took the information and vetted it and did what they were supposed to do, investigate it. OMG . . . you know, like build a case like he is. He is trying to find out what more information, other than Sussmann's there is that the FBI used.
Erotic
I am not sure it is that cut and dry, time will tell!

"I will hold judgement as to what Durham has or doesn’t have, suffice to say, to this point there was sufficient evidence to indict Sussman, what comes of that…. is anyone’s guess!"
That is fair. Look at what Durham has filed against Sussmann though. It is just ONE charge. Guess what the charge is?
Here, let me cut/paste it from the indictment filed in Sept. Specifically, SUSSMANN stated falsely that he was not doing his work on the aforementioned allegations "for any client," which led the FBI General Counsel to understand that SUSSMANN was acting as a good citizen merely passing along information, not as a paid advocate or political operative. "
He is charged with lying to the FBI. For that, the max punishment is 5 years in prison.
This is the same charge that Flynn was charged with. This is what put Martha Stewart in jail.
That is the whole remedy.
Durham is trying to dig deeper. Congrats to him. I like that. I think Durham is trying to split the firm out and make Sussmann pay as well.
But let's look at it this way . . . if you have ever spent any significant time with lawyers, you know that they like to bill all the time for anything. In theory, they only have about 60 hours a week that they can bill. Because they are driven to earn more, they may take some liberties in billing. Due to depositions, Durham got Sussmann's timesheets. I am not sure how detailed his timesheets were. Most timesheets look like this: Date - Client Name - Time - One line for the work and that is it. If you question why, it is simple, look at an invoice. They will list things in an invoice and the invoice will be per line! That is a reason why the work on the matter is just one line :) The other reason - well, it's really hard to get clients to pay for you to type up a lot of stuff on the bill and charge for it. That attorney has limited time. So Durham is now seeing some invoices to the Clinton Campaign during a period of time when these events took place and saying that Sussmann billed for these events to the campaign. Now look at the potential defense. Sussmann can say, "Nope, that was for another matter." Sussmann can claim, "Typo." Sussman can claim a LOT. Clinton campaign can also state, "He was working on XYZ for us, not that." Durham has a very high threshold to prove his case. He has to find something, somewhere that shows that the campaign paid Sussmann to get the dirt on Trump and then lied to the FBI about being paid for that work. Look at all those conditions. ALL of them have to be met. These are not ORs these are AND conditions.
If Sussmann hired the tech company for dirt, so what. That is not illegal. If Sussman had George Soros pay for it, that is not illegal. The only illegality is that if it was the Clinton campaign and he did not disclose to the FBI that is who paid for the work.
Durham, again, so far, looks to be a waste of taxpayer money.

Honestly, I thought if TRUMP were dead that the wolves would not know what to eat.
It works both ways , how IRONIC !
“Durham has gotten NOTHING proven in 483 days.“
A good investigation takes time , unlike the Mueller investigation that was based on a lie and predetermined outcome . And according to the DOJ Webpage he has spent 3.8 million , how much of our tax dollars did Mueller spend on a Democrat smear campaign ?
@Perfect
"Who paid and/or instructed them to do this?"
AGAIN . . . you are reading what YOU want to read into this.
Durham, in this complaint, doesn't give a FUCK ABOUT that. READ what the remedy he wants is.
Those points are all used to present to the judge/jury to give him the remedy he is asking for.
The complaint, honestly, is fairly weak. Let me summarize it in English.
Durham wants Sussman's firm to no longer represent him and Sussman to pay his own costs. Durham claims that Sussmann billed the Clinton campaign for work. That this work, because it was BILLED BY SUSSMANN'S firm creates a CONFLICT OF INTEREST and they can't defend him. Durham is trying to show that Sussman gave money to a person who worked at the tech company for logs and data and then billed it through Lathan (his firm) and thus Latham can't represent and the judge should remove Latham. That is it. There is nothing more there. All you need to do is read point 1. The defendant, Sussman stated that intends to waive conflict of interest.
Honestly, I am happy that you are at least reading. If I can get you to stop telling me what I am reading, we would get farther. I have laid out the points. I am not relying on the media. I am relying on my legal expertise, (no j.d., just enough logic classes, enough family who were attorneys, enough family who are attorneys and enough fighting in court with Fortune 100 companies, the numerous depositions, arbitrations, et al that I have had to deal with in my life.)
If you read the first point in Durham's claim, he is telegraphing that he wants to split Sussmann from his firm representing him. He is telegraphing that he intends to dive deeper into that firm. He also wants to dive deeper into the Tech Executive-1 and the Internet Company-1 He does not want Latham to defend them.
But see, the Fox news of the world found something new to throw out to the rabid wolves by contorting what it really is and the rabid wolves are satiated for a week or two. Then they will have to find something else to feed them.
Honestly, I thought if HRC were dead that the wolves would not know what to eat, but hell, the Powell's of the world tell them that a dead person in Venezuela did shit a long time after their death and they believed it.
Looking at the recent threads regarding Durham and the indictment this is def a hot button
I will hold judgement as to what Durham has or doesn’t have, suffice to say, to this point there was sufficient evidence to indict Sussman, what comes of that…. is anyone’s guess!
Don't worry.
This, like everything you get outraged about, will end with a whimper just in time for you to get outraged at the next thing.
Sometimes I wonder if the outrage is the only thing that keeps some of you alive...
“ Mueller got a lot convicted.“ most likely on lies !
Democrats are well known to lie !
Who paid and/or instructed them to do this?
- The Government’s evidence at trial will also establish that among the Internet data
Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited was domain name system (“DNS”) Internet traffic
pertaining to (i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central
Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States
(“EOP”). (Tech Executive-1’s employer, Internet Company-1, had come to access and maintain
dedicated servers for the EOP as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS
resolution services to the EOP. Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by
mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information
about Donald Trump.)
Didn’t Bill Barr drop the charges on Michael Flynn ?
I hear that the uin-redacted Mueller report exonerates Roger Stone , lol .
"Sounds like you are seeing things that are NOT there."
You can't see the forest through the trees. Sussman tried to take meaningless data two 2 different agencies and allege it was suspicious, while lying about his clients. At the same time people were promoting a bogus Steele dossier.
"Lol , that’s what Democrats did for over 4 years with the Russian hoax . How IRONIC!"
I guess the convictions were nothing?
Durham has gotten NOTHING proven in 483 days.
Mueller got a lot convicted. It got to the point where Trump had to PARDON some. HMM.
Democrats just lost their ERECTION !
"You don't see anything because you don't want to."
Really?
Sounds like you are seeing things that are NOT there.
I gave you the complaint to read.
I gave you the fucking REMEDY that Durham is asking for.
Yet, somehow, I don't see anything else. HMM. I think you need to rethink what you are writing and accusing me of.
Oh wait . . . you are doing a full on Q thing where there is HIDDEN text and some meaning that is not written. Jeeze.
“The jerking off and premature ejaculation by a large group of people is hilarious.“
Lol , that’s what Democrats did for over 4 years with the Russian hoax . How IRONIC!
You don't see anything because you don't want to.
How did Sussman come into this information? Who knew enough about it to withhold timelines and suggest supposed 'rareity'?
This narrative was pushed by countless 'news' people and sitting Congress members. Add in the bogus Steele dossier and this is a big fucking deal.
I am wondering how the crow will taste. Do you like it raw or cooked?
"You may have read the report. That doesn't mean you understand it."
So let me put this in ENGLISH for you.
There is a COMPANY that provides a SERVICE. That service was to install/configure/maintain PRIVATE DNS servers. It is referred to in the indictment as Internet Company-1. Guess what . . . that company will have access to ALL the DNS logs. Those are just lookups.
The complaint states that Sussman got the information from Tech Executive-1 who worked at Internet Company-1. The complaint states that Sussman BILLED the Clinton campaign for this work/info. The complaint states that Sussman didn't disclose this during his meeting with the FBI. They are using his billing records to help support the original complaint against Sussman.
That is it. There is nothing else in there.
This line, "Tech Executive-1 and his associates exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.)" Will be shot down so fucking fast your head will spin.
So try it again, all the points, all 7 of them are in support of the case against Sussman, that is it. This is a fishing expedition. Durham is trying to use this to support his claim that Sussman was paid by the Clinton campaign for everything and thus should be DISMISSED from having his lawfirm defend him. Oh wait, you don't see that? Let me copy and past the VERY FIRST LINE of the complaint.
"The United States of America, by and through its attorney, Special Counsel John H. Durham, respectfully moves this Court to inquire into potential conflicts of interest arising from the representation of the defendant by his current counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP (“Latham”)"
That is it.
Sorry, there is nothing more in this complaint. The jerking off and premature ejaculation by a large group of people is hilarious. This is a big ole nothing burger. But see, you are really missing the bigger picture here. It is all about the wallet. Sussman will be covered under his firm's insurance policy for defense. If he has to go outside of that, that comes out of his wallet. Defending a case against the feds is VERY FUCKING expensive, ask Rudy. Durham is trying to split the firms, blow out the insurance policy and make Sussman pay cash for defense.
Durham has gotten nothing. The American taxpayers have been ripped off.
