Only in upside down world. Catholic hospitals, even those willing to let women have a near death experience in order to try to preserve a non-viable pregnancy, still induce labor and provide C-sections for full term babies.

"In his concurring opinion, Thomas — an appointee of President George H.W. Bush — wrote that the justices “should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell” — referring to three cases having to do with Americans’ fundamental privacy, due process and equal protection rights."
Those are the cases that encoded right to use contraception without government restriction, sodomy laws (ie, government can't tell you what to do in the bedroom), and gay marriage (government can't tell you who to marry), respectively.
So, seriously, can you say I have faux outrage when the senior justice on the far right actually WROTE THAT WE NEED TO RECONSIDER ALL THOSE RIGHTS in his opinion? Justice Alito also agrees with him. There may be some laws put on the books that may make it more difficult. But they’re not going to stop it or make it illegal.
In actuality. There are probably dozens for archaic laws already on the books that forbid this type of behavior (I’m sure they don’t call it swinging).
