The other huge issue is that the MD doctors are all gone now. PA's which are glorified nurse are not able to diagnose anything out of the ordinary but charge huge money as they fuck up time and time again.

I want a system where people can apply for asylum and get a speedy trial. If you come as a family, apply as a family. Seeing that it will take some time to 'validate' that you are not the Charles Manson of where you are from, you and your family get to stay in a detention center. After the review if you are not going to destroy the place and have US citizens as relatives, as long as they vouch, house feed you and put their citizenship at risk (yes, I said that) they can leave under the control of that/those relatives. They can be issued a temporary visa that requires check ins and a court date. They are not allowed to collect 'benefits' nor are they allowed a work visa. They are the burden of the relatives. At the court date their case can be heard, not for 30 seconds, not in a room with 30 others at the same time. The system can then either grant them asylum status or deport them. If they do not have relatives, they stay in the detention center. Now if they come back and try again, they have lost the right to claim asylum and are deported.

In another tangent of this topic. No one has brought up the fact that the government is using DNA to identify people. That is a wicked database they are building.
