@B&C , this Hunter Biden story is being removed fast . There are some NY Journalists upset ...Joe needs to answer the question . This no longer looks like my America . Hunter is not an agent for our country and dealing with these guys is like dealing with the devil. U S State department needs to do some damage control.

Article III of the US Constitution does not specify the number of justices. The opening sentence reads: "The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.”
I assume that under Article 1 section 7, the President must approve. Also Article IV section 3 states that: “New states may be admitted by the Congress into this union…”. Here again, I assume that it would require approval of the President. If Biden wins and the democrat's take the House and Senate, they can pack the court and invite Washington DC and PR into the union, without an Amendment to the Constitution.
Doing away with the Electoral College would require the Amendment of Article II and Amendment XII. The little states would never agree to eliminate the College. If it ever happened, the votes of NY, California, Illinois, NJ, Mass. and CT would control all elections. Thank God for the wisdom of the founding fathers.

This alledged problem with Hunter and the Ukraine needs to be answered . This is not something to be blown off . Do your homework learn who the Ukraine and Burisma is . They are not Ukrainians , they are not Russians. Get the history of these guys and figure it out . This needs to be answered NOW .
