Election temp just turned up Supreme Court judges assigned to states and SCOTUS are assigning circuit judges.
Kavenaugh Michigan . Barrett Wisconsin. Clarence Thomas Georgia . Alito Pennsylvania.
It remains to be seen if circuit court judges will e needed or the SCOTUS will handle .

@Bagman I understand your frustration China is not our enemy it is the CCP . The people at the top of the CCP are evil and really bad. I listen to two broadcasts a day on a free China broadcast. They paint a dark picture of the CCP . On the Covid they called it from the beginning and there is now a Chinese doctor who has been on Fox twice and just today a major newspaper jumped on board. The Chinese broadcasters say we told you so. What we see as tourists and on TV is not the real China , they are in bad shape . China’s grains did not come through this year . They had massive floods in some areas and droughts in others. Their hog population was pretty much wiped out in the spring due to disease. The Chinese broadcasters explained the CCP want the Chinese farmers to plant more potatoes , increase farm production from 32% to34% . These people claim the CCP have got involved in every corner of the world and dream of world dominance .
Food is the CCPs Achilles heel, they got a bunch of food from Brazil in September but it was tainted with the COVID and now covid is spreading like wildfire.
The CCP had a contract with Turkey to supply them the vaccine but now their vaccine is showing failure.
The Chinese broadcasters say that the CCP wants kaos all over the world andsay the problems the US has experienced goes right to them . The broadcasters say everyday Dems and Republicans do not be enemy’s work together to destroy the CCP. They compare the CCP to a very dark evil out of control gang.

One thing I will say and this is politics aside. I blame China for this pandemic. I know a lot of people don't want to say it. ONLY Trump was willing to say it was China's virus stating what I believe is obvious. Biological weapons were outlawed in the 40's. I want to know...if China wasn't trying to make such a weapon, then how did all this happen? So now we are faced with retribution. I am NOT advocating a war with China. And even though war is a vague term now a days, the weapons have changed. I am fighting this war the best way I can. I am boycotting anything made in China. Economic war has been going on forever. WWII was ALL about money. Fuel Embargo with Japan. A 6 Billion dollar bill levied on Germany for WWI. Those 2 event caused WWII. Now I say lets go to war without firing a shot. Think twice before you buy anything made in China. I know what you think...EVERYTHING is made in China. If that IS the truth...How do we punish the very people who unleashed the virus onto the world. DO we just say FUCK it and turn the other cheek? Or do we hit them in the pocketbooks for doing what the obviously wanted to do... Kill the world's economy. And if you say China is suffering too let me say this. Their smaller overhead makes their economy more resilient. I just hope Dem's AND Rep's realize the real enemy isn't your neighbors...its the country on the other side of the planet!
