I agree he's got nothing, but I don't think he'll ever spend a day in prison. Jail, maybe. At some point, he may piss off one of the judges enough to be held in contempt, or violate his bond in some way that he has to be taken into custody. But the logistics of putting a former president in prison are going to be hard to overcome. Best case, I think he ends up with house arrest, with an ankle monitor, at Mar A Lago. They take his passport and take away his internet access and he stews in his own juices for the next 10-15 years until he dies of a coronary or chokes on a Big Mac.
