The 2020 census is going to give more House seats to Texas, Florida etc and take away from New York and Illinois. The population continues to flee high tax states and move to low tax ones. Washington state, in spite of being politically deep blue, is a low tax state and is doing well for population gains.

President Trump should get Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell to be back in sessions on Monday, November 26th. This is a LAME DUCK SESSIONS and they should pass legislation and FIX the problems. There are too many to list. Start with a NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD for citizens. Border security that a crazy Judge can't rule against. AMX, MC, and VISA know all there is to know about each of us. Don't pay your bills and watch your credit score go down.
President Trump can sign the legislation before the Democrats go crazy in the new House.
