The GOP has filed hundreds of suits since January 2023 designed to suppress the vote including purging eligible voters in key democratic areas and requiring hand counts among other things. They know that they would lose a free and fair election so they are doing all they can to make sure only their voters have easy access.

The election has already begun. The RNC has filed multiple cases against standard voting procedures in swing states.

Most cases will lose but there will be an appeal. The point is to create questions and doubt so if the appeals fail, donald can use other people to create chaos and pay the consequences.
