Oatmeal w/blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, diced pear, granola, drizzled in honey.
no carb cinnamon bagel with cream cheese
Whole grain cereal walmond milk, blueberries, strawberries, banana, raisins, granola, mixed nuts and seeds.
Potato toast w/fresh avocado spread.
(Forgot to buy waffles!! My rotation has been thrown off a bit.)
@NJ: When we slip we regain our footing, look around quickly for any witnesses, and then carry on as if nothing ever happened. ;-)
A guilt free soy chai from Starbucks.
I don't eat cake, but it's because I can't. If I could? As I was dying, I'd try to be a little gleeful about every delicious mouthful I'd ever consumed. ;-)

Yesterday: Whole grain cereal w/blueberries, strawberries, grapes, and diced apple,
Whole grain waffles w/strawberries and grapes, drizzled in maples syrup. Power Smoothie: Fresh mango, apple, orange, kiwi, kale, romaine lettuce, and beets.

Whole grain cereal w/almond milk, blueberries, strawberries, banana, and mixed nuts/seeds.

Vanilla protein shake with a little oj in it-tasted like a creamsicle. Yum!
Eggs Benedict made with Vegegg, Litelife bacun, homemade biscuit and leftover lemon, buttery, garlic sauce from dinner a couple of days ago.
