Thanks for the suggestions!

I would think that thanks to the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) which is in Pittsburgh that many of their instructors may have moved on and started their own studios. I don’t believe finding a place to lead how to salsa would be that hard anywhere in the US.

ExiledFun - If you have the room in your home, you can always check out the many YouTube dance instruction videos. It works OK if you have the basics. The Mrs and I have picked up a couple of new moves for various ballroom dances that way.

This works if you just want to pick up/polish moves, but it has the downside that you aren't getting the social interaction of a dance studio. We did ballroom dance near us for a few years, and developed a whole seperate circle of friends from that. We still keep in touch with some of them even though it's been years since we took lessons..

Not yet, still looking more local if possible, but may have to resort to hitting up Pittsburgh

A quick Google search shows a few options in the Pittsburgh area. Have you tried them all?

Pittsburgh is a very unusual city, has to be the most opposite city in the country compared to Phoenix...Salsa lessons here....no thanks..I loved having women feel my thick, hard cock against their leg when dancing in my younger years.

I'd check out youtube for recipes and techniques, although your biggest problem might be finding good peppers and cilantro in rural PA...

Oh. Salsa DANCING.

Question - we are (currently, at least) living in a very rural area in the northeast. We've been talking about taking salsa lessons but have no idea where to even look. Back in NC or FL, this wouldn't have been a problem, but around here there isn't much. I know it's pretty random, but anyone have any ideas? We are not too far outside Pittsburgh, PA, but there isn't much of a thriving Latino community there, from what I can tell, unfortunately. Thanks!
