There are alternatives to the dreaded Gumbies. I live in a small town and don't want to chance embarrassing the organizations with which I'm associated, so I opt for headless photos in my public gallery and save face photos for the private one.
Most of us are pretty protective of our privacy so we don't publish face pics publicly. Keep them in your private pics and only make them available to those you choose.
Lots of us have high profile careers. Just put your face pics in a private album and open them only for people you are comfortable with.

Curious as to how members feel about posting their full faces in the photo section, and how'd they react if someone were to bring it to their attention? I understand the person asking would also have to be a member so they would be on the hook as well. .
