Thats crazy we have all sorts of people blocked and add more if necessary!
Thats the purpose of a block to keep those you dont want, idiots who message you with stupid comments , etc. off your lists .. thats a new one on us. !

So, SLS told me I had waaaay too many profiles blocked and was limiting the avail profiles in our area to view, so I unblocked dang near everyone. Up pops the "bird" with 3 messages I can't view, no matter what I do. So, being the savvy operator I am, I turn to the Help Desk and place a ticket asking for assistance. I get told to scroll all the way down through the messages. Now at this point, I must inform you I am not developmentally disabled or untrainable, so I go back and try again as instructed. Bird still flying. So I send the helpful Help Desk a reply, just asking them to delete these messages. They then give me a profile name to what I was hoping was the message writer. The profile did indeed write one message, so now I'm down to 2 unreadable messages. Back and forth we go, them giving me instructions to do something like add more messages, which I cannot do/see how to do/or even care to do now. Just delete the messages. The response I get is "Ticket Closed".

I see now that you said you had 3 unread messages. I only sent you one of the profiles. I apologize. I will send you a new ticket with the other two profile names that sent you messages.</p>
<p>I know that you told us to delete the messages, but I do not want to delete any of your messages. I want to give you the profile names so you can actually see them, just in case they are of interest to you.</p>
