Maybe we need to start a go-fund-me for Joe. He obviously needs money for a new keyboard that doesn’t have the Caps Lock stuck as well as a psychiatric evaluation.

If you are the quiet type, why are you yelling?

If both of you are too shy to approach the guy and just ask if he would like to join the two of you for a drink, then just buy him a drink and have the waiter or waitress deliver it. Unless he is a complete jerk, in which case you don't want to talk to him anyway, he will make his way over to say thanks, giving you the perfect opportunity to invite him to join the two of you.

I have talked to couples plenty of times in bars just, because we were sitting next to each other. I've never approached a couple and never would in the context of just conversation in a vanilla sense. There would have to be some blatant, bright, beaming signal that they gave me to approach with there ever being a possibility of playing. And, of course, that would not be the "innocent" approach you're talking about.

Patience....eventually the single guy will come along for you that won't be so shy.

Hi all. We are a swinger couple. Our favourite moments are when we meet some single guy in a normal bar and he approaches us for a conversation and then things develop from there 'innocently'. However we find that many single guys are afraid to approach couples. An suggestions on how best to surpass this difficulty?
