Camera's use

Go pro with the head strap for those closeup shots we all love!

Nikon, Canon, Kodak on tripods. Go pros on tripods or sitting on table. High capacity, high speed memory cards. Cellphones for while other cameras are recording video.

We don't always shoot video, mainly in threesomes, mfm+m, but couples as well.

Cost is a major factor. I use a DJI Osmo+. I plan to buy a light kit soon.

The main problem you will run into is lighting when trying to get some of those details you may want to see later. It really depends on the play partners and what they are comfortable with. Many don't want another person hovering over them with a camera or phone and there are others who love performing for a camera. Talk about positions etc. before play starts and not during so it doesn't kill the mood. Most people have limited schedules and porn actors take all day for a 15 min video. Focus on play not the video. There are some really good action cameras out there that do a good job with low light situations and many new phones are pretty good as well. You don't need to splurge on anything expensive. Get a small action camera with a tripod and then another tripod for your phone and set them up at different angles off to the side. Start recording before play starts and they will be out of the way and not a distraction.

weve used a Gopro mixed with a couple or more cell phones..sometimes it's a bit of a distraction but sure comes in handy when we have a wonderful library built up of past experiences

We just use our cell. Can't be bothered doing more.

Interested in filming wife's play dates, when she let's me. What is the best to use? I have taken stills with my cell and they look good, but now sure about video with my cell. Interested in hearing about what others use to video their 'other' playmate(s).
