That made me think the OP is referring to the feature allowing unlimited members to review/approve profiles. Hitting the "Problem" button is supposed to flag those for review by an SLS staff member.

Aside from those with outside contact info, we've noted several that use a phrase that makes us suspicious that they are not legitimate profiles. i.e. scammers or escort services, etc. We hit the "Problem" button on those too.

Identifying the IP address thing is above our paygrade and we're not sure about paygrade the SLS staff members who get the Problem profiles.

<p>View the profile and select the "Report" button to report it. We take all those down as soon as we see them or they are reported to us. </p>

Sorry for posting this here, but I couldn't find a way to contact an administrator directly. I just wanted to advise of a problem person who keeps trying to create improper profiles by repeatedly slipping in their instant messaging contact information in violation of profile rules. I'm not sure if you can ban an IP address or what, but I have denied at least 10 profiles, all using the same contact information (which is luvaerbey). So, just letting you know, in case you can take some type of action. Thanks.
