PENILE IMPLANTS

Well, I'm far out enough from my surgery to get the Coloplast Titan implant to report back. I absolutely love my outcome of the surgery! We have test driven it about a dozen times since my Doctor cleared me to resume sex, and it gets better every time we do it. I can get extremely hard in a matter of seconds and it will stay that way until I deflate it. I have no regrets whatsoever on getting the implant. The only miniscule side effect that I have had to get used to is the fact that when I deflate the implant, I am not droop down flaccid anymore. The tubes of the implant hold my penis somewhat straight out if I am naked. It's not something that is unmanageable with a jock strap in swim trunks or better underwear in pants or shorts. Susan says I should let it poke out under my clothes as advertisement, lol. That one little difference is WELL worth the benefit that I have received from the implant. I would encourage any man who has had prostate surgery or untreatable ED to get an implant sooner rather than later. If anyone has questions, I will answer them based on my experience so far.

Well......I had my implant surgery today and now have a bionic weenie, lol. Surgery went extremely well and was outpatient. I went in at 5:30 am for prep, surgery at 8 and was back home by 1 pm. No pain so far except the pain in the ass emptying of the catheter bag and the drain tube bulb. I go back tomorrow to get both of those things removed. Doc says it will be 6 weeks before I'm able to use it. I forget how many hundred thousand inflation/deflation cycles he told me it has, but I got a chuckle out of him when I told him he could do a warranty replacement in a few years if that's all its got! I'm on the 6 week countdown to being back closer to normal. The implant is a Coloplast Titan. Every time I hear or say that name, Marvin Martian pops into my head telling Daffey Duck the name of his ray gun that he's getting ready to blow Daffey's beak of with! I'll report back after I get to test drive it in 6 weeks or so.

Hubby had a Coloplast Titan for ten to twelve years before he passed away, and it was WONDERFUL! I LOVED IT! Originally, he was 9 inches long, but he shrunk a little with the implant. But, what he lost in length was more than matched by the hardness of the implant. He was AMAZING, and sex was HOT! My advice is to find a urologist who SPECIALIZES in implants-a doctor who has done LOTS of them! MESSAGE ME if you want the name of the doctor who did Hubby’s.

I have two implants, the first failed at three years, my wife has an insatiable appetite for sex. I changed brands for the second one. You will lose some sensation maybe when fully pumped up. You can still ejaculate if you ejaculated before the surgery., when deflated no one can tell you have anything in your pants. I like to keep mine half pumped up so I have something showing especially at a nude resort. It is great to be able to get hard and stay hard as long as you want, even after ejaculating. I have the AMS 700 implant for about some 20 years and have had no problem. Now I have arthritis in my hands and do not deflate my penis like I used to. Yes Medicare will cover it and the size of your flaccid penis will depend on your flaccid stretched size. It is bigger flaccid than the flaccid you have now, you will be a shower for sure. Depending on the brand you get, mine is a Titan 24cm

Dumb questions here...lol. After the implant surgery, does it feel normal while flaccid? I mean, if the tubes inserted into the penis grow to get you to 6 or 7 inches, do they shrink enough when deflated to not look or feel weird? Does Medicare cover any of the cost?
I use Trimix right now and not having any trouble with it working. I would like to get back to being able to get hard without having to stop, run to the freezer, thaw out the med, do the prep, do the shot and then run back to the bedroom where Suz is furiously masturbating in anticipation....lol. Replacement was for the pump only and was very successful. Works for hours and can ring her bell over and over at will. Do not be afraid.

NOPE - was an easy fix - no surgery

I have the AMS 700. Problem at first which was my fault. However recently corrected the problem WITHOUT additional surgery. Lol, very pleased with the result. May have lost some size but still have 6". Important part it feels like granite and last for hours. Scary proposition but WELL WORTH the original discomfort

My Titan failed is is scheduled for replacement, The bulb and barrel type pump valve combo seemed to require quite a bit of pressure to compress the bulb the first time inflating it. Partners had a hard time operating it. Surgeon is recommending the model Coloplast model with a bar type release vs the barrel valve. The performance of the unit was great and I'm ready to get back in the game again.
