Penile Implants
I have the AMS 700 feel free to ask me any questions you have
@BobandApples, I’d suggest going to informational seminars for the AMS700 and Titan (another make/brand). I went to two on the AMS700. In addition to the doctor(s) providing info, they will also have two or three guys there that volunteer to give their experiences with the procedure.
What/where is the nest place to start, for someone who's considering getting the implant? I do have insurance through my job,
@Wiggles ... The sensitivity lose was after the implant surgery ... not sure why or what happened ... I can still orgasm but it takes a little more "work" to get there ...
After having prostate surgery, had horrible thoughts of having to go through the rest of my life without sexual intercourse due to ED (a side effect of the surgery), until I (thankfully) got a brochure in the mail about the AMS 700. Got it about 20 months ago. It's GREAT! I didn't lose any length or girth but did lose some sensitivity.
Agree the AMS700 is wonderful. I got it done 11 months ago. Works great hard when I want as long as i want. We go to swing parties now and have great fun. I can fuck any woman I want anytime I want.
Just wanted to share: I used the penis pump to prepare for this surgery. I have a latex allergy and did not read the package well enough. Needless to say I got a bad rash and had to go to the doctor for treatment. Just sharing:
For anyone who is seriously interested in penile implants, I hereby offer my experience...not in any "woe is me" way, just a reality of life.
In 2012, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Due to the nature of my case, doctor recommended surgical removal of prostate gland. Unfortunately, the nerves which enable erection go through the prostate gland, and they would have to be severed without any possibility of being reconnected.
Several months after the surgery and related radiation treatments due to growth of the cancer, I went for an implant. In hindsight, would I do it again?? Probably, but it was not all that I had hoped for or imagined.
Doc said that the right size implant was made, but I lost about half of original length, retained all of the girth. It took several months if not a year or more post-implanting to feel comfortable, and honestly, there is still significant sensitivity. Even for hand-jobs, lube must be used.
The best way that I can describe it is to imagine two tubes, running the length of the penis, which feel like a metal rod pressing out from inside the head of the penis.
The inflation has worked well, it becomes mechanical to inflate and deflate, but it does hold as long as you want it to. For laughs, there have been times when I have gotten dressed without remembering to deflate. A couple of hours or so later, when I would go to pottie, I would unzip or drop and say "lookee here!!!!". I guess that is a testament to the reduced size also that I can be erect while fully clothed and not realize it.....far different from the pre-surgery days!!!!!
If any serious questions, I will be glad to offer my experience.
Will do. Thanks for your blessing for that too sheriff !
Ah, then just a troll.
Carry on!

lmao ! Me the forum police? I think you've got that one covered.

If you find that comment judgmental, you better grow some thicker skin.
The op started another thread asking for input on penile injections and was given some good advice then never responded. Now he starts a thread asking for input on another invasive remedy.
You are certainly welcome to your opinion on the topic so feel free to join the discussion but unless you have been anointed as the new forum sheriff, we will continue to express our opinions as well.

Rabbit, you have obviously not heard the saying: If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. How to be extremely judgmental right off the bat !
Why would anyone want to give you their input? You didn't bother replying to anyone in the other post you made about injections.
I'm guessing that you are completely disinterested in actually trying to improve your health in order to improve your sexual performance and instead would rather have invasive, painful surgery or injections that may or may not work.
You remind me of another poster that used to be around, he would bitch that his doctor told him to stop eating bacon so he switched to sausage (he showed that doctor!). He would then hop into another thread and complain about how his dick didn't work.
I think surgery/injections sound rather more extreme that changing your diet, but hey, it's your dick. You can put it in a meat grinder if you want.

I am planning on getting a penile implant pump system. I have done a lot of research and would like to hear from other men that have gotten them and their stories.
