I couldn't agree more. It's really challenging to find the motivation to stay fit. I hope you figure it out though...your stunning figure deserves to stay in shape. I have probably gained about 10 pounds in the last few months. But I am also a full time caregiver for my elderly parents. So getting out and exercising is always hard if not impossible. My go to is just accept that I won't be motivated and I revert to discipline. Just gotta do it!! I have doing about 1000 calorie rides on the stationary bike. I just stay on for as long as that takes. I try to yoga daily but don't always make it. I am not sure I am being very motivating lol...but there's a response at least.
Been lazy doing quarantine put on 10 unwanted pounds, letting my workout routine slack. Now the motivation is slipping... Anyone else interested in helping motivate each other to get to back to our best fit selves? I am into Hot Yoga, Cross Fit and H.I.T. but open to new ideas. Would like to get my stamina up for longer runs... Lets talk and figure it out.
